For years, Jill had worked for many cleaning companies, and learned that not only do customers desire a perfectly clean house, but also deserved clear, customer-focused service both pre-and post-cleaning.
Eventually, Jill decided to start her own business, and built her company around her mission to provide the best possible customer service and cleaning service to her clients. As the sole employee of Jill’s Cleaning, the quality of both her cleaning services and communication with clients earned her more referrals than she could have imagined; within a year, she was able to hire a team to support her company’s growth. Jill developed a standardized training and employee vetting process which enables the company to stay true to her mission of providing the best customer communication and cleaning services for her clients as her business grows. Ten years and over 30 employees later, Jill’s Cleaning remains one of the most reliable residential cleaning and office cleaning providers in Boston’s metro west.

We do commercial, residential and post construction. Our team cleans every available surface in every room on every visit. Our office is located in Natick, MA and we service all the Metrowest area and parts of Boston. We are focused on quality and customer satisfaction.
Crew
At Jill’s Cleaning, we believe that bringing the best in services to your home starts with hiring qualified individuals. While we feel experience is important, we understand that a great attitude and willingness to learn are even better. Candidates go through a multi-step hiring process, involving a phone screening, interview, and trial/training process. Extensive background and reference checks are performed. After successful completion of the interview and trial process, a candidate will be offered a position.
Our maids are extensively trained with and closely follow Jill's Cleaning Field Manual and Training Book.
